Refund and Returns Policy

At PERFECTED PETS, our commitment is to the excellence of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If you find yourself not completely satisfied with a product you’ve purchased directly from Perfected Pets, we’re here to ensure you receive a product replacement or refund with ease. It’s important to note, however, that our ability to guarantee the quality of our products does not extend to items bought through unauthorized sellers. Consequently, the PERFECTED PETS Satisfaction Guarantee is exclusively available for products purchased directly from PERFECTED PETS.

Your guarantee request must be submitted within 30 days from the purchase date.

Our returns policy for Perfected Pets products allows for the return of new and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To facilitate your request, please be ready with your order number and the email address tied to your order.

  • No restocking fees are applied.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the date or receipt for a refund. Credit for Perfected Pets will be issued up to 45 days from the purchase date. We cannot accept returns after 45 days.*
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items marked as Final Sale are not covered by the Perfected Pets Satisfaction Guarantee Policy and are non-returnable.

RETURNS

STEP 1: CONTACT PERFECTED PETS WITH YOUR RETURN REQUEST

Begin by informing Perfected Pets of your desire to utilize the Satisfaction Guarantee, including the reason for your return using our Contact Us page. Essential to this process is providing proof of purchase: your Order ID # from your order confirmation email, the email address used during checkout (the same one where your confirmation was sent), purchase date, and the reason for the return. The PERFECTED PETS Satisfaction Guarantee is available only in the United States and Canada. PERFECTED PETS reserves the right to refuse guarantee requests at its discretion, especially in cases where it suspects abuse of the guarantee or fraudulent activity.

STEP 2: AWAIT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FROM PERFECTED PETS

We process return requests on a daily basis. Please note that we do not provide a prepaid return label. Should you have any questions or issues with your order, feel free to reach out to our customer service at – support@perfectedpets.com.

STEP 3: SHIP YOUR PRODUCT AND PROOF OF PURCHASE BACK

Upon approval of your request, please send your item back to the provided address in our response email. PERFECTED PETS is not responsible for items lost during return shipping, so we recommend using an insured, traceable method like UPS, FedEx, or insured USPS mail. Returns must be RECEIVED within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund (minus original shipping fees). Beyond this period, a store credit will be issued. Allow us 5-7 business days to process your return. We will notify you upon receipt of your package and inform you of any subsequent action (refund, exchange, etc…).
